  • Shrashtant Patara
    Shrashtant Patara
    Shrashtant is the CEO of Development Alternatives Group and an architect by training. His focus is on systems change, social innovation, and entrepreneurship, resulting in the co-creation of multi-stakeholder based service delivery models. Shrashtant is a Fellow of The Rockefeller Foundation's Global Programme on Social Innovation and has completed a programme on leadership for system change conducted by Harvard Kennedy School and the Schwab Foundation.

  • Kanika Verma
    Kanika Verma
    Kanika is the Associate Vice President of the Development Alternatives Group and leads their Green and Inclusive Entrepreneurship vertical. She is passionate about social innovation and system change and sees herself 'building bridges' from grassroots work to global discourse on inclusive innovation, entrepreneurship and the future of work. She is a part of the Schwab Foundation working group for building the social economy in India. She is currently pursuing an M.Phil. with a specialisation in Inclusive Innovation at University of Cape Town.

    Neeraj is part of the senior leadership team at Transform Rural India Foundation. He has experience across diverse sectors including multinational companies, government, and non-profit organizations. He leads the Rural Youth economic opportunity program in TRI and is responsible for fostering partnerships with global and domestic philanthropic organizations, key government ministries, and the private sector. He has also been a part of the Prime Minister's Fellows Programme.

She has worked for a decade with the United Nations.
